You can delete your Wasilni account and its data permanently. The fastest way is from inside the app; this page is here for when you have already uninstalled it.
Which apps this covers
Wasilni (وَصَّلني) — the guardian and rider app, package com.waselni.app.
Wasilni Captain (وَصَّلني كابتن) — the driver app, package com.waselni.driver.
Both are published by Wasilni. Deleting your account removes it from both.
From inside the app
Open Account → Delete account, confirm, and re-enter your password or a verification code. That is the whole process; it takes effect immediately.
If you have already uninstalled
Fill in the form below with the phone number on the account, or write to support@waselni.app from the email address on file.
We verify that the request came from the account holder before erasing anything, then complete the deletion within 30 days and confirm when it is done.
What is deleted
Your name, phone number, email address and password.
Every rider registered under your account: their name, photo, date of birth, addresses, emergency contacts and medical notes.
All your sessions and notification devices, so the account cannot be signed into again.
Uploaded files: rider photos, and for a driver the identity, licence and vehicle documents.
Cabin imagery needs no separate step — it is already deleted automatically after 7 days.
What is kept, and why
Records of trips that took place, the audit log, and invoices are kept — but with your identity replaced by a meaningless reference that cannot be traced back to you.
We keep them because a transport operator must be able to show which vehicle ran, and because financial records must continue to reconcile. Keeping them under a pseudonym means the obligation is met without the records naming a person.
This pseudonymised remainder is kept for 24 months and then ages out.
Before you delete
Deletion cannot be undone, and deleting a guardian account also erases the records of the riders registered under it.
If you have an active seat, tell us or cancel it first so the route can be adjusted for the other families on it.
Signing up again later creates a completely new account with no connection to this one.
