Terms of Service

The service

Wasilni arranges recurring shared transport on fixed daily routes, between a home and a school or workplace, for a monthly subscription per seat.

A seat is arranged for a named rider on a named route. It is not an on-demand taxi service and a trip cannot be hailed.

Accounts

You must be an adult to hold an account. A guardian registers the riders in their care and is responsible for the accuracy of what they record — especially addresses, emergency contacts and medical notes, which a driver relies on.

Sign-in is by phone number and a one-time code. Keep your phone secure: anyone who can receive your codes can reach your account.

You may delete your account at any time, from the app or from the deletion page on this site.

Payment

Subscriptions are billed monthly per seat, and the full price is shown before you confirm. Mid-month joining and cancellation are pro-rated.

No payment is taken inside the apps. There is no in-app purchase and no card entry: subscriptions are settled outside the apps, in cash or by arrangement with Wasilni, and recorded by our operations team.

If payment is not settled, a seat may be suspended after notice. A suspended seat is reinstated once payment is received.

Safety rules that bind everyone

Every vehicle carries an interior camera that is recording whenever a trip is active, under visible signage. A trip will not start without a working camera and the signage in place.

No audio is recorded at any time.

Drivers must pass identity, licence, vehicle and background checks before carrying anyone, and must keep those documents current.

A guardian must not give another person access to their account to view a vehicle carrying someone else's rider.

What we ask of you

Keep rider information accurate and current, and tell us promptly when an address, a contact or a medical note changes.

Be at the pickup point at the scheduled time. Repeated no-shows delay every other family on the route.

Do not misuse the apps: no attempt to access another family's data, no interference with the service, no unlawful use.

Our responsibility, and its limits

We will provide the service with reasonable skill and care, vet our drivers, and maintain the safety systems described in our privacy policy.

We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, school schedule changes or events outside our control, though we will tell you about them as early as we can.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Ending the arrangement

You may cancel a seat at any time; charges are pro-rated to the cancellation date.

We may suspend or end a seat for non-payment, for conduct that endangers a rider or a driver, or where continuing would breach the law. Except in a safety emergency we will give notice and a reason.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq, and the courts of Baghdad have jurisdiction over any dispute.
